Please read carefully before purchasing. Shipping costs are listed with each item. We live in the boonies of TN, so sometimes we ship UPS and sometimes USPS. It depends on the day and when we are able to ship. Everything we send out will be insured and packaged well. If there is ever an issue please contact us immediately so we can help you. Handmade items like bath salts, oils, candles, incense, sprays, or anything of the like are not returnable, even if they are unopen. Everything else is returnable within 7 days of the item being delivered. You must contact us within those 7 days. After 7 days the item is a final sale. We will refund your money less the shipping costs. Even if the shipping was free the money we put out to ship the item will be deducted from the refund. If something arrives broken please send us a photo right away so we can remedy the situation. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. However, everything is sent insured with tracking, so we will help as much as possible to locate the lost item. We are also NOT responsible for allergies and will NOT refund for such things. We are NOT responsible for any allergic reactions, or if you leave incense or a candle near a curtain, or don't trim your wick, or anything lit that's left unattended, or if a pet knocks it over, or any other circumstance that causes any harm. We use only the best ingredients and all of our products are quality tested and tested on humans. You should know your allergies before purchasing anything, and should always be responsible with candles or incense or anything you have to light. When you purchase anything from this store you are agreeing to release us from all and any liability. If you didn't read this before purchasing, this is also not our responsibility, you will still be held to these policies. A purchase is a contract and your agreement to these policies. There are no exceptions. If you receive a Tarot, Oracle, Crystal, or Rune reading from The Dragonfly Mystic, the same policies apply. a paid reading releases us of any and all liability. Readings are not meant to replace medical care or mental health therapists. They are strictly a tool to bring awareness to your life and to help you see things you may not be able to see on your own. Readings are only meant to help you see things differently and to help you move in a better direction. They are NOT a substitute for professional medical care and are not meant for you to make foolish or rash decisions. What you do with the readings is your responsibility.
